This is Randy, just a 4 month old puppy who has already had a hard time to start. When rescued, he was listeds as a husky mix but since I don't see the husky, I am calling him a dobbie mix.  Whatever he is, he's sweet and very cute.

Unfortunately for him, he has had a rough start.  Animal control literally had to threaten his owner with legal action to get him to surrender the puppy.  As you can see, he is quite emaciated.

It won't take any time with good food and lots of TLC for him to to be the happy, healthy and playful puppy he should be.
